When and where is the festival being held?

Saturday, October 3rd, 2026, 10 to 4, on the grounds of Church of the Resurrection, 3165 Paulskirk Rd. Ellicott City. From Route 40, turn on Chatham Rd. (by the Seven-Eleven), entrance is about a quarter mile on the right. (Drive past Giant and Home Depot on your right.)

 

Where can we park?

Parking will be available in the Church parking lot on a first come-first served basis. Parking is also available at the Chatham Station Shopping Center near Giant. Parking attendants will help direct you!

 

What are Event Tickets?

Event Tickets will be sold as currency for food and games. We’ll have two ticket stations – one outside in the Games area, and one inside in the Hall. Tickets are $1 each.

 

Is cash the only accepted form of payment?

Nope! Our ticket stations can accept credit cards for purchasing event tickets.

(Please note, however, that Fabulous Finds Flea Market accepts cash only.)

 

What food and drinks are available?

All kinds of things! Hot dogs, brats, pulled pork, taco-in-a bag, pizza, chicken salad, chili, fries, nachos, cotton candy, popcorn, cake, pie, treats-on-the-go! We’ll also have soft drinks, water, and for those over 21, we have a Beer & Wine Garden.

 

What activities do you have for kids & teens?

Games, Bounce House, Stuffed Animal Wheel, Face Painting, Scarecrow Making, and more!

 

Do you have shopping opportunities?

YES! We have a Silent Auction, Raffle baskets, Plant Sale, and Unique Crafters and Artisans. And, there will also be a Fabulous Finds Flea Market in the parking lot near the Francis Sheehan Pastoral Center.

 

What kinds of things will be at the Silent Auction?

If I work at the Festival, will it count as volunteer/service hours?

RSPS parents receive volunteer hours for helping before and during the event. Parents must be VIRTUS-certified (in accordance with Archdiocese of Baltimore Child Protection guidelines) prior to October 3rd. Children in confirmation prep can also receive service hours. If 14-17, they’ll need to be "Worthy of the Call" trained prior to October 3rd. Go to www.communityfallfestival.com and click on VIRTUS tab to get started.

If I volunteer at the Festival, do I need to be VIRTUS-certified and/or trained in Worthy of the Call?

Yes, all pastorate volunteers, in accordance with Archdiocese of Baltimore Child Protections guidelines, must be either VIRTUS-certified (18+) or must have received Worthy of the Call training (14-17) prior to October 3rd.
